Are my ticket purchases refundable?

 

Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event they are purchased for. After this we cannot accept requests for refunds. This is to ensure a reliable service for all customers attending concerts and ensure routes are planned efficiently in advance.

 

 

 

Can I bring food and/or drinks on the bus?

 

No, we cannot allow food or drinks of any kind on board buses. This includes alcoholic beverages in any format.

This is not at the driver's discretion and is a strict company policy as well as a violation of our concert bus license regulations. 

We ask that you co-operate with drivers requests and ensure a smooth service for all fellow passengers.

 

 

 

Can I smoke or vape on the bus?

 

Absolutely not! This should go without saying but smoking of any kind is not permitted on any of our buses and this will be strictly enforced!

 

 

 

Where will the bus drop us off at the venue?

 

The NTA designates various drop-off points and car parks for concerts dep\ending on the venue. Often, we do not have this information in advance. If you have mobility concerns please reach out and we will try to assist to the best of our ability.

 

 

Lost Property

 

All items brought on the bus are done so at your own risk - McNamee Coach Hire accept no reponsibility for items lost or damaged on services.

Can I book a one-way ticket?

 

All tickets are €30 for a return service. If you only wish to travel

 one way, please notify us at info@mcnameecoachhire.com and provide a mobile number for the driver's convenience. Prices are the same for one way journey as seats are reserved for the entire service.

 

 

Are there toilets on board?

 

No, none of our buses have toilet facilities on board.
